This year I am really confused on which tax forms to use!!! Ive always been just W2, plain and simple! But this year I have worked two jobs, one where I recieve a W2 and the other I get 1099 (self employed income). What forms and guides do I use to complete my taxes the fastest and most accurate??:o :o

The 1099 info is entered on a Schedule C.

A 1099 is nothing more than a W2 but it shows you were not an employee but you were a contract worker. So you can deduct from your taxes if you have them any and all business expense you had on the 1099 job.
Normally this merely means you will be doing the standard 1040 with the schedule C.

But of course if you have no idea what to use, go to a professional to have them done.

I strongly recommend that you get professional tax help!

The self-employment tax that is calculated on Schedule SE can add up to a substantial tax bill if you do not take full advantage of the deductions available to you on the Schedule C.
