Take them to a vet.

Puppies need to be seen by a vet and have a complete health check before going to their new homes so getting the vet to administer the vaccinations is the best way to go.
This also gives you proof of vaccinations to give to the new owners.

I agree completely with Shazamataz here, I have never been a fan of the at home vaccine idea. Always best to take them to the vet for a once over anyway.
