I had a MRI done on Friday, and got the results saying that I have extreme Bulding Disc, and what they want to do first is injections in my neck. Is this going to fix everything are what is normaly done to fix bulging disc in the neck?

Injections are considered non invasive, conservative treatment, before any invasive treatment is suggested. Other conservative treatments might include physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic treatments, anti-inflammatory medications, muscle relaxants, non surgical manipulations, or manipulations under anesthesia. These should be tried for about 6 weeks first. No one online is going to quote success rates; they would be meaningless. We don't know anything about you or your condition.

When it comes to surgery (especially on the spine) you should do 2 things: get a second opinion, and research carefully the surgeon's background, how many times he or she has done this, and success rate. If it's a specialty clinic you have a good idea that as long as they have been in business a while, they know what they are doing, but you can still check on individuals.
