Well for Miley Cyrus, her dad was a super famous country singer who could back and support her daughter into a backing by Disney.

So if you want to get famous like Miley, have your dad buy you dad buy you a spot on Disney.

Now for others, do you take music lessons ? Do you sign and perform at least once a week at some regional event.
Have you recorded a couple singles that you can send out to agents and recording companies.
