I live on the isle of man, my husband is from tunisia and lives somewhere in London, he refuses to give me an address to send divorce papers to, even the police can not trace him after I asked for help as i believe he has remarried with out us divorcing. can I aply for divorce without him signing on the grounds we have been seperated for 5 yrs ?

You could serve a petition for divorce and the summons by placing a notice to your spouse in the local newspaper. This method of service is known as service by publication. I would suggest you hire a lawyer if you want this divorce bad enough.
