Weird tire wear? Engine mounts? How many miles are on the car?

Could be any number of things - bent or out-of-balance rim, bad tire, worn front end parts, snow/ice packed in the rim.

About 140k I found both mounts holding the tranny upp broken... and its rear wheel drive but only one tire spins I jacked it upp from the back and put it in drive to see what happens and the rear driver side wheel was spinning but the outher was nott so much just bearly. Could that also be a problem? Please let me know

Yes, bad transmission mounts could easily cause shaking, especially at 20 mph+.
