My previous landlord has a judgement in Florida against me for breaking lease and leaving apt. Can she freeze my bank account in Florida?
Also my bank account in puerto rico?
Can she garnish my wages in Florida?
Is my money safe in a safe deposit at bank?
I just found out from my credit report, how can I have this removed. I had an attorney send her a letter before I left because she would enter apartment unannounced. So I split.

Yes.

Probably, if she registers the judgment in PR.

Can she garnish my wages in Florida?
Yes, subject to the pertinent exemption amounts.

Is my money safe in a safe deposit at bank?
Relatively. If she finds out about it, she can get it.

I doubt that you can.

I had an attorney send her a letter before I left because she would enter apartment unannounced. So I split.
And after you split she sued you, you ignored it, and she got a judgment? What did you expect?
