School starts on Monday and I really need it sorted out, I'm head girl and everyone will see me in our school meeting, where I have to give a speech!! I don't want my nautral colour just it one or two shades lighter, without it going patchy. Any help or suggestions, I would be so gratefull!

Well my advice is wait a few day and if you keep buying those hair box colors there just going to continue to built up on hair so what I recommend for you to do is buy a hair dye remover it will leave your hair really light but healthy and once you done putting it after just put on any hair color you want and trust it will work I just did on me and my hair stayed perfect red

It just hasn't been washed out enough! Don't worry! Give it was few washes using head and shoulders and it should go to the dark brown you wanted

With all due respect, "hair dye remover" which is called "color stripper" can be very damaging to the hair. Yes. It will remove the color, but it can cause damage.
To the OP. Unfortunately your hair grabbed the hair color more then you wanted because your hair is very porous.
The only way to remove color is to either bleach it or strip it, and by doing either can cause damage.
If I were you, I would go to a salon and have the stylist give you a consultation to help give you an idea of not only the condition of your hair, but to also give you suggestions on how to lighten with out causing serious damage.
Good Luck

Well yeah I forgot to mention if your hair is in good condition because my hair is very so in good condition the reason I use the hair dye remover Thingy and I was recommended by my stylist so I did it on my own comes out way cheaper and bleaching it wouldn't be right to it just damages your hair or chops it of so if your hair is in a great condition I recommend to do so my hair looks and also healthier (: or just go talk to a professional and you can do what I did well if your good with because I know I am (:
