1993 Toyota Camry Automatic - key will not turn to start.
The accessories come on fine. Lights, radio.
Key will not turn to the start position to start the car.
The steering wheel is not locked.
Can't get it to go into neutral so we can move it. It is stuck on park.
Anyone have an idea of what is wrong?

This link may also help, even though it's written for Hondas:

If the lock needs replacing, it's likely similar to the process below:

My guess is the reason the key won't turn fully to the Start position is due to either the key or the ignition lock cylinder (or both) are worn and causing the internal mechanism to bind.
Do you have another key that you can try?
If you just need to move it, there is a release built into the center console.
Look for the little "bump" near the front of the console. Pop that out gently with a small screw driver. Once you track down that little piece (cuz it usually flies away!), use the same screw driver inserted straight down into that opening to release the Shift Interlock. You can feel the spring. Just push down and the Shifter will move as normal.
Be aware: when you move the car this way you will have NO POWER ASSIST on the brakes. Move the car slowly.
I hope this helps.
