Hi , I am from India , I filed my return online but I guess by mistake I files Form 1040EZ instead of 1040NR , what will be the impact and what is the measure to cure this mistake

What visa do you have? When did you enter US?

I have L1 Visa & I enter US on 12th Sep 2010.

If you are not married, you should file as nonresident.
Now you need to file Form 1040X (amended return), with properly done nonresident tax return (Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ) and Form 3903 to claim moving expenses from India to US.

On nonresident tax return, you do not get standard deduction. You only get itemized deduction.
