First, measure water pressure in your house. It should be around 55 psi. Then, Close and Open angle stop feeding the toilet in question. See if that helps... Back to you... Milo

Thanks Milo. I should have mentioned that I had recently replaced my pressure relief valve, pressure into the house was close to 130 psi. Yikes, I know. I have it set between 60 & 65. Thumping noise after a flush complete might have always been there just did not notice. I traced noise to its loudest point in the garage in wall where compartment for fire sprinklers is. The noise thump caused pressure gauge, which is currently set at 175 psi, to fluctuate. The noise and thumping, as of today, seem to be gone. My only concern is fire sprinkler gauge. At time of noise, gauge was reading a little over 150 psi, now it's at 175. Will keep an eye on it. A reply on this would be appreciated. Thanks
