I had a 1year probation $$$ fine to pay off. Witch I did. And 30 hours of community service well I totally screwed up my community service an basically got everything messed up.I did my community service but didn't have the paper work signed for my probation officer. She will not go back and look in at the log in sheets to see if I have enough hours to complete my community service's hours. The place I did my community hours they send the log in sheets at the end of every month to the probation officer's place... well I did my community service through the year so its too much work for them to do apparently and go back an see if I did the 30 hours... so just want to know what you think the judge will do? Haven't been in trouble with the cops since this, a year ago, didn't have home no phone no car no money too apt,money,phone,car.

Every PO is different, and every judge is different. You failed to do as instructed, sorry. Appear on time, neatly dressed, stand tall, look straight at the judge, address him or her as Your Honor, and apologize for missing the instructions (no excuses) for submitting proof of hours. Keep it short. Maybe you will have to do another 30 hours, no big deal, maybe worse, who knows, we don't even know what your crime was.

So basically you have nothing for me an this site is a wast of time the whole head line is PETTY THEFT. Please look up job description for a probation officer and see what you come up with... if you didn't have an answer for me that was a bit clear or at least better then that then why would you respond... if some one has a better answer that would be great.
