I have been trying to find David Zuk, of DeSoto County MS, a Trane/American Standard air-conditioning & heating contractor for a few months. Every time I find him, he moves again. He also works at Federal Express in Memphis TN. I went to Google & typed in his name & imagine my surprise when a hit came up, with this web-site! It seems that a member, LeeAnn, had a very similar situation with him in 1/06. I don't know if she ever caught up with him or not.
My case is a little different, in that he changed the payee name on my check that I paid him with (June '06) & gave my check to another person, Ray Sanford. When I caught up with David around November, he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about regarding the name change on my check. He agreed to pay me, but has excuse after excuse & now I can't find him. If I could get a current address, or maybe the license tag # from his truck, I will file a police report for altering my check. My main goal is to recover my losses, and I do not want this guy to keep doing this to other people. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.

I have a few questions- is he still representing himself as a Trane supplier? And did you ever have any luck finding him?

I haven't seen him since 11/06, so I don't know if he still claims to be a Trane dealer or not. I heard that he is no longer employed at FedEx. I did file a police report; however, I'm not holding my breathe waiting for a response. I guess I just have to chalk this up as a learning experience (I just wish it were not so hot here!)

I am finding this hard to understand. This man has helped us out several times with our AC and heat problems as well as many others around the area. If this is true something bad must have happened to him. I know he had a great job and did AC work on the side. After reading this I am going to contact him and ask him about this. I have not heard from him but he put a new AC in our house for a little over cost to help us out. I am suer he will make it right with you what ever the problem is.

Spoke with david yesterday and he was very embarsed about the issue at hand. He said he knew what I was talking about and he is going to make it right with you and that he is climbing out of bad hole he has dug himself into. I know that he feels bad about the entire deal and said he will make it right with you one way or another and what ever it took and I have known him for several years and think he will do what he says. Con artist I don't think so, just a man who had a run of bad luck in his life.

My dad never coned you 2 timen ! I was there when we finished the job. He was required for you to pay him that much. You were broke and you couldn't afford the air condition so you tried to get your money back and more. He never went into foreclosure or anything so you need to shut the up about stuff you do not know.
