I was wondering if anyone could help me remember the name of this cartoon/anime. I think it was aired on CBBC probably early 00s. I remember they used to travel to different places in search of little monsters or something, each with a different power, I remember one was like a rock or something. It was really great and I'm sorry I don't remember more details but I was wondering if anyone knows what it was?

To add to this, I remembered a few more details. They traveled to places using a machine, like teleportation and once they'd found the monsters and returned home, the monsters became like miniature versions of themselves. Also I remember the bad guy I seem to remember had one half of his face covered by a white mask (Phantom of the Opera style) and possibly wore a white glove on one hand.
