I am obligated to provide health benefits for my daughter, which I do through my employer. The court here in California has no record of the documents I provided to them to show them I am providing this. I tried to re modify this myself and the court keeps returning my submitted paper work, I am not am lawyer and don't know how to file this, I also went through a court assistance program and they were no help at all. I want the proper credit for the benefits I provide and my support order lowered to it's original amount and want more visitation with my daughter. What can I do here? Please help

Proper credit for the health benefits:

Normally, court-ordered health insurance or benefits is over-and-above the monthly support payment required. Unless the child needs health care, and the custodial parent petitions the court to force the other parent to take care of it, the court wouldn't be involved. I don't understand why you need to bother the court about this.

Support order lowered to it's original amount

Please explain. Was the order modified? Why?
More visitation

You will need to prove changed circumstances, usually.

When the court kicked the paperwork back, did they explain why?

The order was modified because I was on a 90 day probation period with my employer and the court ordered I show proof of health benefits for my daughter, I couldn't get benefits until 90 days were up, so my support order went from $113 a month to $256 even though I sent the proof to the court.
