I'm really concerned about this. I wake up in the morning. I don't eat breakfast, I don't eat lunch, I go through my whole day not hungry at all, Not even a tiny bit. I might drink some water here and there.
Then around when it hits 11 12ish, I go on a crazy hungry spree. I start eating anything I can. Cup noodles, Pasta, Fish, Cereal, Ham,apples, other fruits, veggies. I drink drinks, candy. Anything that seems good at the time. And that list, that was only for tonight.

I am not over weight. Or too skinny. I'm at 190 pounds, 18 year old male.
I have not realized how bad this was up until now.
Can any one please tell me how I can stop this? Thank you, Its 4 am, I have to go get my soup =/

Chalk it up to a bad habit... get into the habit of eating breakfast... even if you aren't hungry, eat lunch even if you aren't hungry... you will have more energy during the day, and find you aren't as hungry at night when you should be eating a light meal, not a heavy one. When you get older and your metabolism slows down eating the way you are will cause a big weight gain. Even if its not jnk food.

Eat a proper nutritious meal... and the cravings for the junk won't be as strong.

And trust me... I have a sweet tooth, so I know it works.

Start to get into the routine... and you will train your body to adapt to it.

In high school I skipped breakfast because I was late and lunch to save my lunch money. I never felt hungry or lacked energy and got all As. Boy does that change when you get older. Try having a day job that requires physical labor.
