I am a 13 year old boy, athletic and slim, but not muscular or flexible. I want to start gymnastics, but I fail miserably at the most basic thing, a cartwheel. Everyone who watches me tells me to straighten my legs, but I just can't. I don't know why.
Please Help Me!

Hi, I am 13 and I'm starting gymnastics. I would like to know a good stretching routine, no less than 10 min. I would also like to know good exercises to do.

I never found that cartwheels are basic when it comes to gymnastics - is there a physical reason why you can't straighten your legs? If not, keep practicing.

Ask your gymnastics coach. Everyone is at a different level and your coach will have exercises he/she WANTS/REQUIRES you to do.

Please stop asking the same question - asked and answered.

Merged, do not ask same question over and over.
So over the next 5 or 6 months you build up muscles and practice to lean to do them better.
