My son has had a bad 9 year relationship that been on and off, but it came to an end this christmas there are two children 7 and 3. They have not really lived together because she all ways put objects in the way that make him feel usless, but he is not usless' he a manager off building form yard and has to do 1.5 hour drive to work and home every day, workes a 40 hour week he allso has his children on a wednsday night for 3 hour and from Saturday to Sunday over night most weekends. He is finding this very difficult, but will not let his children down. Just latley his moods are getting very angery and I am worried that he will hurt himself or his exgirlfriend. There are week's were he does not sleep, or eat's very well, and becomes very upset and angery with the situation, I feel that he need's help, But what can I advise him, is it anger management or is there anythink you can sugest.thank you yvonne white.

It might be an anger management issue. It might be counselling with a social worker or other health professional.

Does he have an order concerning visitation/custody with the children? If he doesn't he should file to get one. This situation will probably get worse.

Or it may be depression, ( not eating or sleeping) so a physcial exam may not be a bad idea either

Is that a 1 1/2 each way, perhaps he should consider moving closer to work ?

Not sleeping or eating could also indicate a drug problem.
