I saw this movie about this guy who investigates strange deaths or murders. He teams up with a younger guy or girl. Can't remember.and tries to solve them. And I remember at the end when he almost solves the issue the last guy he's tracking says "it's all part of the design" and then commits suicide. During the whole movie they track the murder/suicides and keep getting this story about this theory called "the design" can't remember the movie name lease help?
