But he won't cooperate he did answer to my complaint only to say he wanted me to be happy. We both agreed to joint custody but now he's trying to fight me on everything still trying to hold on to me. I have done everything in my power to help him out he has no car,job, etc. He has done numerous amount of things to make me think he is Bi-Polar. Whether he cooperates is pretty much immaterial. You apparently have served him with the necessary legal paperwork.
