She told me last year and she has been doing it although the state is paying for foster care, I strongly advised her to not ever claim her kids again, until she is actually taking care of them. I recently asked her if she claimed the kids again and she stated yes. I feel so badly for these children, and even sader is, they're being used for financial gain by their own mother. No she is not a family member of mine.
