I have a 90 accord lx with f22a1 motor with h22 pistons f22 rod and crank using stock f22 headgasket and cars runs but never changed oil pump put in balance shaft eliminator kit on oil pump but didn't change the oil pump was used off the stock 220,000 mile motor. Think it's the oil pump? I put some lucas stop leak cause I have a lot of smoking then the engine lost oil pressure when fully warmed up and the light come on steady then blinks changed oil pressure sensor still the same. I think lucas's thick oil caused my pump to go out or caused the low oil pressure cause it was fine before I put that stop leak oil in the engine with 5w-30 conventional oil for break in only have 500 miles on cars and hear slight ticking as if it has oil starvation. But when started cold its at about 80-85 psi then drops slowly until fully warmed up then at idle will go to 0 psi but just back up to 25 when crusing or hitting throttle, have car in garage ready to drop oil pan and replace oil pump any other ideas on what it could be pretty sure it's the stock oil pump should I buy a HV oil pump with 11:6:1 compression or buy a stock oil pump? Also should I change rods bearings also?

That Lucas may be initially too thick for your O.E. oil pump to pick up.
Loss of oil pressure when warm usually means that once everything has warmed up and expanded, there's too much clearance, resulting in reduced oil pressure.
You may benefit from replacing the rod bearings but you should consider the mains as well. I that fixes everything, great, but if not, you may end up with a new oil pump, too.
