My Fiancé and I want to get married at the Courthouse in the next month or two, but have an actual wedding in a year or so. What is the proper way of having the actual wedding? We obviously won't need someone there to marry us (again), or will we? How does this work?

No, you wouldn't need some one to “marry” you again.

You could just have a big reception/party to celebrate your marriage.

You don't actually get married again, you can have a blessing service by a minister, but there is only one real wedding.

I do a lot of blessings, also remember if you want a minister to marry you, there are many that will come to the court house, or let you come to their home to do the service. Many court clerks keep a list of cards of ministers who will marry anyone, I do that in our county, people who would rather have a minister than a judge, get their license, the clerk gives them my number they call, come over, or I meet them somewhere and do the service.
