If I have a bench warrant in one state and I go to another state and turn myself in on that bench warrant could that state hold me for the bench warrant

Yes you can... and I have seen it happen before.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

I just found your other threads and have merged them. Please ask your question ONCE and give it time for someone to see it and answer it.

Depends on the crime, unless its major I doubt it. The state the warrant is for probably might not want to pay extradition. Basically you would be held (whether you turn yourself in or are stopped and the warrant found) until the other state can be contacted and it determined whether they want to extradite you.

Yes they can... I've seen it happen.

And they can hold you until the extradition takes place.
