Fatigue is quite a vague symptom. Fatigue can be caused by so many different things. Crohns is a very serious condition and there would be many more symptoms then just fatigue.

For the record, just in case you are researching over the internet, it is spelled CROHN'S disease.

Yes, one of the symptoms can be fatigue. Please check out the Mayo Clinic (http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/crohns-disease/DS00104/DSECTION=2)website on this disorder.

Crohn’s Disease does mean suffering with consistent high pain levels which in turn drains the body of energy. It can also affect the red blood cells count leading to anima.
With Crohns Disease you also develop problems absorbing vitamins and minerals due to the damage done to the gut lining mainly B12 which again can lead to fatigue. To find out more go to the newsgroup alt.support.crohns-colitis

Hi There
I am 22years old and I have had Crohns for 10years now.
Yes Crohns does cause fatigue. It will vary between sufferers but as your body is deteriorating it will always cause fatigue.
