On what, you lack of ability to fully explain things perhaps ?

Can you come back and actually tell us about this

I worked for a major oil company 21 years, and was terminated for allegelly falsifying a document, which was proven I didn't.was done in the manner that everyone in that department has done from day one.was union and went through all grievience procedures up to the arbitration.my union lawyer met with me two hours on the night before my hearing no more.when all was over the arbitrator made the decision three months later,to stand by the companys termination. In his briefs he based his decision on my character not on the grievience that I filed for what I was terminated for.He also slandered me in the briefs. Is this enough info.I lost out on a lot of money very much money.

the arbitrator based the decision against me on something else Hello joey:

The key is whether the arbitration was BINDING. If so, then you have no recourse. If you can't find that word in the order, or your union contract, then you can sue.

I'd hire another lawyer, though.
