I've had my best friend ever since 3rd grade. We used to tell each other everything, and we used to always make each other feel better. Now that we're in Middle School, she's changed. A lot. I can't even talk to her online anymore because if I do, she depresses me. I feel like she's almost doing it on purpose. I know she isn't, but I feel like she's a completely different person now. She used to be the friendly, funny best friend I always loved. Now that we're into dating and everything, she just isn't the same. 99% of the time we have fun together, but sometimes she just isn't the best shoulder to cry on. What should I do?

Well I hate to break it to you, but people change. Everyone goes through different stages in life. Maybe she just needs time to herself. This is a great time for you to make new friends, friends you can actually go to for help, and have fun with, etc. Let her be. If she is going to depress you, its not worth sticking around her. It's hard, I know. I had a friend like that. It took a while for us to become friends again, but we did. You will change too. Just remember to be a good friend, stay happy, be yourself, things will fall in place(: Don't let her get to you! (: Hope everything gets better(:
