The simple answer is no. To get internet you have to have a internet capable device. What you can do is hook your video card to your TV and display it from your computer to the TV.

What califdadof3 is saying is that just because your receiver has an ethernet/usb port doesn't mean the TV is internet capable. The ethernet ports/usb ports on receivers are usually for DVR purposes.

Also, what califdadof3 is saying is that you can project your computer screen onto your TV screen so what you do on your computer is shown on the TV, that's about as close as internet capable your TV will get.

This is all in assumption that your TV is NOT internet capable. Does your TV have an ethernet port on the back of it?

Does the TV have that capacity? Not all of them do...

Assuming it does. You need a compatible wireless adapter and it needs configured. Assuming like many TV's it doesn't have one built in already. If it does, half the hard work is done.

Intel WiDi does this...
Click HERE (http://www.intel.com/consumer/products/technology/wirelessdisplay.htm)

But you have to have the WiDi Software on your PC already... what is the make/model of your PC? What is the make/model of your TV?
