My paycheck was deposited in the bank today. I spent about 200 this morning to pay a bill this afternoon I tried to get lunch my card was declined. The bank said I was negative over 23,000. They took my whole check except what I spent on a bill. They won't tell who this company is they kept transferring me to departments that were closed.I was sued a month ago judge ordered a judgment of 11,000 but I don't understand 23,000 what can I do? I live check to check with a child who I am solely responsible for. Any help would be greatly appreciated. {e-mail removed}

I don't understand the $23K either. But you knew you had a judgment against you. Did you not think the creditor was going to try to collect?

You have to reach some settlement with the creditor. Until you do they will keep taking your funds. So you can't use banks anymore. The next step may be to garnish your salary.

The bank should give you a copy of the writ they received. But since you know about the judgement you can also get it from the court.
