Hi,

I noticed about 5 days ago that I had a small raised bump (a bit like a BB pellet)on the shaft of my penis near the base.
At first it felt quite sore to touch (like a blister) but now it doesn't hurt only when I try to pop it, and its also lost its redness.
It won't pop because it doesn't have a head on it.

At first I thought it was an infection after popping a small white head that was on my penis (the lump has developed in the same place), but it doesn't seem like an infection.
Its just a fairly hard mass on my penis skin (NOT the penis itself.

Ive also heard of a lymphocele which can occur after sex or masturbation ( I admit I found it after masturbation)could this be it?


I know this all seems a bit muddled up but its hard to describe and I'm really worried.

Not muddled up at all, you explained it quite well, but please don't try to break the skin where these lumps are. You are opening yourself up to infection that way and they will never have a head on them. Yes, they are from masturbation and will go away in time.
