Iam afraid the girl will do something to herself...

May be I am imagining things. Iam asking this question because I am sensitive towards girls.Since my current company is going to sink, I had no other way than to give

False commitments to the HR girl who had interviewed me.

The new company made use of Bad position of my company and urgent need of job to me. They had not agreed for the salary I had requested. They fixed the salary 10%

Lower than what I was getting now...

Next thing is that after everything is finalised they said you need to sign a Bond for 2 years.

I was shocked why they are saying it at the end of interview. They should have said it in the beginning itself.

But I thought its better to work under bond than to be jobless. So I said OK for all the things the girl had asked.

Now I got a new job.

I don't want to join the company with 2 years bond. So I have decided to ignore that offer and join the new company.

Problem is that I have made so many false commitments to the girl who had interviewed me. She asked me whether will you come after 10 days and say "iam not willing to

join since i got a new offer". I said that I won't do like that.

But Now I am going to do the thing which the HR girl doubted, because I have no other way...

It has been three weeks since I got offer letter from them. If I reject their offer I am afraid that it will affect the girl and inturn I feel that she will commit

Suicide(I feel I am imagining a lot). And I feel that police will file a case against me.

Iam confused due to this.

1)What is the possibility the girl will commit suicide?
2)Is it possible for the police to file case against me? In case if it is possible what will be the punishment I will get?

Please advise me on this...

WHAT? You are being totally ridiculous.
People don't kill themselves over job interviews. If she has been trained to get you to feel sorry for her, it's all part of her job to get you to feel sorry for the company. They (she) weren't exactly honest with you. You do what you have to do to survive without losing integrity and ethics.
Offering less pay than a sinking company paid is pretty standard, and many companies assume that applicants lie 10% above their salaries anyway. The bond? Don't feel responsible about that at all, although they may pay you far enough behind so that they can just not pay you if you leave, since you agreed to it in writing.
