I have light cold , no T ,just stack, runny nose , I am not taking any medication just lots of hot tea with lemon, with honey , and orange juice I am taking prenatal vitamins can this cold heart to my unborn baby?

No.

I would make very weak tea, however, as weak as possible, using tea with no caffeine.
No Salada or Tetley or other black leaf teas. Check out some of the Celestial Seasonings.
Any warm liquid is just as good, such as chicken broth (low sodium) or cider.
