What are they attempting to garnish?

What is your LEGAL address?

My checking and saving account.

I don't have a address, my parents receive and mail I get. Been abroad for 6 months

Then your parents' address is your LEGAL address in the US. Mail addressed to you at their address (and papers served at that address) are legally served.

You don't necessary have to live at your LEGAL address.

(I own a process service company.)

The last legal address they have on file may also be acceptable, but the address where you get mail, parents is acceptable if you get other mail there.

Also if you have no " address" they may merely do notice by posting in a news paper if they wish.

They do not have to find and personally serve you
