Hey, I'm 14 and I really want to get my tongue peirced.. I'm expecting it to hurt and I can take pain I'm just a little worried about all the risks, what are the most common risks? And after you'v had it done can you drink or smoke, or will that cause infections?

Teeth and fillings will get chipped and broken, your speech will change in that you'll sound slightly uneducated and will make clicking noises when you talk (barbell hitting against the teeth), older people will laugh at you, and the chance of infection can be high (why would you put your tongue at risk?).
