Lot of factors at play here... Starting with what Country and state, or region do you live.
Are you legally self supporting NOW.
You can't get emancipated and expect someone else to foot the bills both. You are on the COMPLETE hook for taking care of yourself and child after you are.

Having a child isn't necessary for a 16 year old to become an emancipated minor. Legal requirements vary according to where you live. It isn't easy. If your locality permits this, you must petition the Court. You would have to prove that you could support yourself 'without assistance', and have the consent of your parents. In situations of abuse/neglect, the Courts will likely remand the minor to foster care.
