Movie about female tennis player with brain tumor

I can't really remember the details except that it seemed like a late night 90s B movie. I looked through recent tennis movies and none with this plot. I don't think it's a documentary. Don't really remember much else.

At the time I thought the female player looked like summer sanders but no such movie on imdb.
