I was unable to pay a debt due to financial hardships and as a result was sued. The judement was found for the plaintiff. A writ of execution was placed against me but I have nothng to be levied on, so nothing was found. I checked the progress of my case online and saw that another live executon was issued, ths time something was found to be levied on and my creditor was sold a car. Nothing of mine was taken, so where did this car come from and what does this mean for the case against me?

First a writ of execution is usually only issued when an asset can be identified. They usually are not issued blindly. Second, it would appear that they found someone who's info is similar to yours and repo'ed their car. Hopefully this person can prove he's not you and get his car back. If not, your debt is reduced.
