I remember watching a cartoon in the mid 90s about some group who had to enter their robots and fight using swords... they could control the machine using their bodies... they usually fought others similar to them...
I know its pretty vague but if anyone has any clue of what I am speaking please give the name of the cartoon!

There are so many that fit that description its not funny, but try one of the Gundam series. Gundam Seed or Mobile Suit Gundam etc. Just Google Gundam and you'll find a lot of info.

@Appzalien... I remember there were these machines which were animals as well... and there was this enemy who never got out of his suit... I don't think it was the Gundam series... so if u do know of ny other such cartoons *** tell me...

OK then, try "Evangelion", I believe some of their robots were animals.

I think they entered those robots using swords or something... (like he-man)... n there was this white robot which is the main leader while there also another one which is a lion... can u help me out with this ***..
