Yes, but you will have to MAIL the return. You list your wife's name and put "NRA" (for non-resident alien) where her SSN would go.

Of course, you CAN submit Form W-7 with the return and apply for an Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) for your wife even if she is NOT physically present in the United States. You will have to mail her the Form W-7 and the tax return to sign, and it will take some time, but it CAN be done. I do every year at least a dozen times.
