My job requires 100% travel, am I authorized pay the entire time I am away from ny home at the jobsite or am I only pay hours I work at the actual jobsite.

You should be paid salary only for the time you spend on the job. However you should also be getting a per diem for living expenses as well as reimbursement for travel costs.
