I am 24 and have been diagnosed with PCOS. I know that irregular cycels sometimes occur. I have dealth with that before, however I have not had a cycle in 6 months. I have taken a couple of pregnancy tests which have come back negative. Is it possible that I could be pregnant?

If you were pregnant for six months, you'd have more symptoms than just a missing period.
Negative pregnancy tests generally mean you are not pregnant.
PCOS is one of the conditions that make it difficult to get pregnant in the first place. I suggest you to back to your doctor and talk to her about the lack of periods.
