I haven't been easing my bowels or just a little for a long time now. I'm suspecting that I have a problem with digestion and have stored waste and toxins in my body. Please help!

What is your diet like? Do you get regular exercise? Any lifestyle habits, such as smoking for example, that you know are not the best? Are you on any medication(s)? Any known health concerns?

Your body is designed to deal with "toxins" on its own when you are maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Helps, such as laxatives, are for temporary relief when necessary, but aren't meant to take the place of your body's natural function.

Two areas that can usually help would be to make sure you are taking in adequate fluids and fiber. Fiber should be increased gradually as too much, too fast, can add to your discomfort.

Since this situation has been on-gong for an extended time it would be best to speak to your doctor to rule out any medical concerns.

And that is not how you "clean" your system. Cleaning your system is for changes of diet and there are items that can help, but if you are not going to make major changes in diet, that is not your route to take.

Take a trip to your local herb or healthfood store for some items on cleaning your system out
