Hi, there was a children's movie I used to love either from late 1978,79 or early 80's. The characters sort of looked like anime characters. From what I can remember there was a young girl that was taken by some evil witch type of woman to a very dark castle world. The little girl looked like a chocolate kiss (her hair). I don't know the name of course. It was aired quite often on weekends.
