I am looking for my foster-father for almost 13 yrs. Now. I got his picture which he sent to me through mail in 1997. He's somewhere in the US but I don't know the exact place. I was once a member of a Christian foundation here in the Philippines when I was still 6 yrs. Old. Unluckily the said foundation didn't gave us our foster parents name thus I thought to search him over the internet if it's possible one day I can find him & finally meet him in person.
