A film I saw on ShowCase in mid 90's. It was a film festival film, back when ShowCase showed good stuff. I remember some scenes from the movie there was one where they are in the kitchen of a restaurant, and each chef is prepping something to eat, but also singing creepy opera. The people starring have to run through this kitchen to get to a meat truck, full of meat hanging from the ceiling, none of it packed. And for some reason the people were naked in the back of the truck.

ANSWER!! I pitched my question to a buddy who instantly said The Cook, the thief, his wife and her lover. He even has it on VHS at home!
