I'm interested in getting in touch with my foster parents, and hopefully my biological parents. I have recently found an address for my foster parents (though it is nearly 18 years old now), I was wondering if anyone could help me out? I don't know any Korean at all and all the english sites are not as helpful as I assume the Korean ones would be. I have an address and phone number.
