I recently had a new faucet with sprayer installed in my kitchen. When I turn the faucet on it emits a popping sound (hammer?) This did not happen with the old faucet. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a new diverter and sprayer head, which I installed. This did nothing to help. Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Does this "popping" occur with hot, cold or both? Regards, Tom
