I am living in Kingston Jamaica, and I only have an adopted name and I know nothing about my real parents,how can you recommend I go about searching for them? I am missing about 19 teen years now

You may not be able to locate your parents. I do not know adoption laws in Jamaica, but I would assume they are similar to elsewhere, and your birthparents' names are protected.
