I have lower right side pain that radiates around my back and down my right groin. It is very painful. I feel a deep burning sensation and there is a lot of swelling. I have had my urine checked and an ultrasound of my kidney as well as a pelvic cat scan. Only to be told that nothing is wrong. There is obviously something wrong. What kind of doctor should I go to?

Hi Jilly, well there is obviously something wrong if you have pain and swelling. The right tests were done, but could be they were not looking properly.

Was the doctor you saw a uroloigist ? Was it a specialist that carried out these tests and what kind of doctor was he?

Yes it was a urologist. I am so frustrated at this point!!
