Can anyone suggest which free atti virus program is good enough for home computer? I was using free avast addition think it was 4.8 but this year I don't believe they offer free additions.. I heard AVG offers a free version ati-virus 2011 program.. I did follow the install wizard on MSN after removing the old outdated avast from programs as instructed prior to installing the free AVG 2011 edition but I still see thewindows security shield icon is X red in the lower right of my desktop settings. Is there someone who could help me with repairing or fixing this? Tia, jon

Can anyone help me with internet explorer msft vista ultimate ? Every time I want to close the window, internet explorer pops me a prompt.. program still running do you want to wait for program to finish before closing or close program now? I never had this issue until after I removed avast 2010 free edition and installed AVG 2011 free edition. I tried defragmenting/ updated msft security programs/ even tried systems restore and still get this annoying prompt. I did a complete AVG puter scan and have no infects so not sure where to go from here. Tia, jon

Internet explorer program is still having problems, ever since I removed 2010 avast atti virus free edition,. and installing AVG free edition.. closing windows freezes and internet explorer )vista ultimate) can not close by itself.. I still have a problem using internet explorer.. maybe FIREFOX is the way to go? Anyone?
